Onlinehelp, a trading name of A-Squared
Computer Solutions Ltd, was launched at the beginning of 1999
as a free technical support Website for Internet-related problems
directly pitched at the flood of free Internet Service Providors
(ISPs) who charged for technical support.
The spectacular demand for the site led to further development and
expansion, including the first of two new looks launched in September
1999. The natural progression of the site led to the initial concept
of Onlinehelp@home, which began in October 1999 and was further
expanded and developed until the services were ready for launch
in February 2000. This resource ended early 2002 due to other commitments
for A-Squared.
New ideas for site direction and future development prompted a further
site redevelopment, which was launched in May 2002. Further initiatives
are already being developed for the ever increasing expansion of
the Onlinehelp range of services, and will be added to the site
over the course of 2004.
Recent developments include the Beginner's Guide, giving the new
users of computers an insight into the basics, background, and maintaining
a healthy system.
