How to fix the Problem

When there are problems, they never seem easy to fix. When trying to solve these problems yourself the most difficult thing to do is to work out where to start. Asking a friend "who knows about computers" can sometimes cause more problems than is worth by not following the best course of action. Paying someone who fixes PC's for a living is also often not always a possability, don't they just charge too much these days!. Doh!

This section of the Beginners Guide is for those people who want to have a go at fixing the problem themselves. Although these instructions are made as clear and concise as possible, be careful in what you are doing as the results from running some of the tools used are open to interpretation and could lead to further problems if not used correctly.

Please also consider thay this topic is extremely subjective. It is purely based on my thoughts of how a situation can be interpretted, and solved.

Below are brief descriptions of what the pages in this section contain. However to follow the content of each section, you should start at the first page and would through to fully grasp the concepts.
