From your research into what the problem is, you should be able
to find out how to fix it.
If you haven't, then keep looking. Try eliminating what is not
causing the problem from the applications that have recently been
installed, or the applications that were running at the time of
the problem. At least you can identify which applications have no
effect in fixing it. There is certain to be someone else out there
with the same problem, try registering with a support forum, or
use newsgroups. Try the product support sites, and other support
sites.
Hopefully this section has given you an understanding of how a
things work, where to look for help, and the tools that can be used
to find out certain information.
The rest is up to you and your ingenuity, after all it's impossible
to note every problem you might come across. Far better to give
you an understanding of how things work, and a few pointers on how
and where to start looking.
Remember, think logically and you'll be able to fix anything.
