I get the error message "article has expired"

Reason
|
| |
Some newsgroup servers have a setting to say
how long the message is valid for. If the
server has a message that is older than the time
allowed, it will delete it to make way for new
messages.

Resolution
|
| |
The only way to resolve this problem is to E-mail
the person who sent the message in the first place,
and ask them to resend it
|

I have problems setting up the address book
in Netscape Messenger

Reason
|
| |
Netscape Messenger has an address book, where
you can store your frequently used addresses.
|

Resolution
|
| |
To set it up, press (and hold) [Control], [Shift]
and 2. This will show the address book. To add
entries use the button that says New Card. You
will then be able to add a persons name and their
e-mail address. Once added, you can then just
type a persons name in the To: field and Netscape
Messenger will put the e-mail address in for you.
